We are a family run business based in the Ribble Valley which specialise in weddings and accommodation. Part of our stunning barn venue was converted into a range of en-suite bedrooms in late 2022. We are now able to offer a variety of twin, double, family rooms on and bed and breakfast basis and a 2 bedroom self-catering apartment.

We offer a self check in and out process to make your stay as comfortable as possible

Double Rooms

Our double rooms all feature beautiful en-suite shower rooms on the ground floor. 

Each room has been designed to work with the layout of the old barn, making sure we kept as many rustic features as possible. Each room comes with a bedding, hair dryer, tv, tea & coffee facilities and towels, and a Bashall continental breakfast in the morning.

Family Rooms

Our family rooms can sleep between 4 - 6 guests, the feature a king size bed and double (sleeps 4) or king and double bunk (sleeps 6). The three family rooms are located on the first floor.  

Each room comes with a bedding, hair dryer, tv, tea & coffee facilities and towels, and a Bashall continental breakfast in the morning.

Apartment

Our self-catering two bedroom apartment consists of 1 x double, 1 x twin/superking beds, lounge area, dining area, fully equipped kitchen and bathroom with high quality fittings, perfect place to unwind after a long walk. 

Each room has been designed to work with the layout of the old barn, making sure we kept as many rustic features as possible. Each room comes with a bedding, hair dryer, tv, tea & coffee facilities and towels, if you do require breakfast in the morning we offer a delicious Bashall continental breakfast for an additional £10pp, which must be booked in advance.

Suites

Our beautifully designed, spacious suites comes complete with everything you need. A luxurious bathroom to a dedicated '"getting ready " area with large mirrorsand lots of natural light.
The suites consist of a modern king size four poster bed, a double sofa bed and stunning roll top bath.  

Each room comes with a bedding, hair dryer, tv, tea & coffee facilities and towels, and Bashall continental breakfast in the morning.
